Sprockets are priced with B style (hub on one side of sprocket) and stock blank bores no finished bores keyway or set-screws. All sprockets may be purchased in many configurations (bored, keyed and set-screwed, splined bores, bearing bore, engineered type, taper locks, steel split sprockets, hardened tooth, double roller chain, triple roller chain, A plate, B hubs or C hubs). The following charts are for alteration charges to be added to appropriate sprockets.
All of our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. We agree and shall have the right to repair or replace without charge any of our products which within one year after shipment is proved to have been defective as to workmanship or material at the time of shipment, provided the purchaser gives immediate written notice of alleged defect. We will not be held liable for any damages or delay caused by said defects and shall not be responsible for the work done, machinery furnished or repairs made by others.
No material will be accepted by us for credit or exchange until written authorization for such return has been made by us.
Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the transportation company and claims for loss or damage in transit must be handled by the purchaser with the carrier.

REBORE CHARGES: Apply only as follows:
Style B or C - To maximum bore to industry standards.
Style A or C - To bores 4 times the stock bore.
And are limited as follows:
Boring tolerances: for bores from 1/2" through 6" and to the following
Up to 2" bore + .002 - .000"
2-1/16" to 3" bore + .003 - .000"
3-1/16" to 4" bore + .004 - .000"
4-1/16" to 6" bore + .005 - .000"
KEYWAY CHARGES: Apply only to standard keyways and the following tolerances:
Depth: + .010 - .000" Width: Nominal + .002 - .000"
Tapered Keyways: Double std. Charges
Depth Deep End: -.010 + .000" Width: +.002 - .000"
Non-Std. & Matched Keys - Price on application.
HARDENING CHARGES: Degree of Hardness in tooth or gear profile section
Style B (to 5" O.D.) Rc 40 minimum.
Style A & Style B & C (over 5" O.D.) Rc 35 minimum.
Hardening charges DO NOT include resizing of bore after heat treatment.
Therefore, to price hardening charge of SR or Bushed Type sprockets a Rebore and Hardening charge is to be applied to the corresponding SR or Bushed Type list price according to Style B coding.
